Day of Gratitude Guided Meditation Animation with Soothing Music
Focusing on what I choose to focus on in this moment, right here, right now.
A lot of years I spent this holiday alone, yet I loved it. I remember the first year being alone on this holiday and just resorting to writing. It was on this day that I wrote one of my favorite lines, which I found a way to put into the novels later on. Loneliness is not having someone to talk to, so you write, to talk to yourself as someone else. That stemmed from working on my novels during Thanksgiving.
The first year of being alone for every holiday, is a bit of a shift, but then you get used to it. Being alone can be addictive, yet once the mind feasts on itself for that long, you have to get out or shrivel up and die in that black hole pit that your bedroom becomes with blackout curtains, time has no meaning, just you inside your own imagination, off on a free-floating planet, no one around to bring you back to earth, so further and further you venture until the lines of reality and dreams become so blurred that you have no other choice but to focus on the right now, realizing that it’s infinite, so vast no one human can understand it. A deep veneration for the universe. Grateful to be but a part of it. The universe discovering itself through me. The universe creating through me. Where does this formation of “I” begin and the universe end? I wouldn’t be here without the planet, the planet wouldn’t be here without the sun, the sun wouldn’t be here without the galaxy, the galaxy wouldn’t be here with out that biggest of bangs, but what before that? Did time not exist without a mind to measure it? Time is relative, do we have the capacity to understand it?
Grateful to be here. Grateful to wake and be for yet another day. Reflecting on what I am grateful for everyday at 1:23 when my Daily Gratitude Alarm goes off, a reminder to talk like one step at a time, one breathe at a time, whatever happened, happened and couldn’t have happened any other way, all that matters is that we are here now, and it’s nower than any now I have ever experienced because you are youer than you have ever been.
Not knowing where it will lead, how far my energy will take me, if I have another heart beat in me or not, living one breathe to the next. Trying to stay focused the best I can. Making small changes to have a big impact.
For this day of gratitude I created a guided meditation animation for the YouTube channel. For the video I used an AI voice as I find it to be more soothing and something I can enjoy, as I cannot enjoy doing a guided meditation with my own voice. I really wanted to feel as much a spectator and user of these videos myself as much as someone else. They are therapeutic to me just creating them, it’s been very soothing to work on this project for the past year and look to be doing more in the coming year, while also expanding as a creative.
I will be sharing more on that when I can, all I can say for now, is stay tuned, we are going to be combining my 14 years of experience into this next step, you are going to see every hour that I have spent learning and honing my craft, it’s all going to be on display with this next step. I simply cannot wait to share more of my Bleaceful energy with you all.
I wanted to end the episode by reading the guided meditation as I think it dives into something I am very passionate about, and the exemplifies the value that I try to bring with my content and with my YouTube videos. I want to create videos that enhance a person’s well being, increases their emotional intelligence, and inspires them to make a change, to take that next step.
This was a script I wrote along with Chat GPT. As I wanted these guided meditations to be a Hybrid of Artificial and Organic Intelligence.
Welcome to this special Thanksgiving Guided Meditation on the Day of Gratitude. I'm honored to guide you through a journey of appreciation, reminding ourselves of the simple yet profound reasons to be thankful.
Find a comfortable position, whether sitting or lying down. Close your eyes, and let's begin by taking a deep, cleansing breath. Inhale gratitude, and exhale any tension or worries.
With each breath, acknowledge the gift of life. Feel the life force within you, and recognize the interconnectedness of all living beings sharing this precious air.
Now, turn your attention to the sustenance we receive from the Earth. Imagine yourself standing at the foothills of the majestic Colorado Rockies. The air is crisp, and the scent of pine surrounds you. As you take a deep breath, feel the cool mountain air filling your lungs.
Now, envision a hidden oasis. A vast, green meadow surrounded by towering peaks. The grass beneath your feet is soft, and wildflowers sway gently in the breeze. You are embraced by the tranquility of this sacred space.
As you continue to explore, notice the pristine beauty that surrounds you. Flowing streams weave through the meadow, and the mountains stand as ancient sentinels. Allow a profound respect for Mother Nature to fill your heart.
In this oasis, you are not a separate observer but an integral part of the intricate web of life. Feel the energy of the mountains, the vitality of the grass beneath your feet, and the telepathic connection with the horses. Embrace the harmony of nature.
Picture a bountiful harvest, a symbol of the nourishment that Mother Earth provides. Feel gratitude for the food on your plate, recognizing the energy and care that went into its creation.
Consider the planet that sustains us, providing air and food. Visualize a vibrant, healthy Earth, teeming with life. Feel a sense of responsibility to care for this planet that gives so generously.
Extend your gratitude beyond your immediate surroundings. Envision a world where borders blur, and there are no countries—only one interconnected planet. Feel the unity in diversity and recognize that we share this world as one global community.
As you bask in this sense of unity, reflect on the diverse tapestry of humanity. Each person, regardless of nationality or background, has the right to live and let live. Let gratitude fill your heart for the rich tapestry of cultures that enrich our shared existence.
In this moment of gratitude, commit to showing appreciation not just in words but through actions. Consider how you can contribute to the well-being of the planet and its inhabitants. Whether through sustainable choices, acts of kindness, or fostering understanding, let your gratitude manifest in positive deeds.
As we conclude this Thanksgiving Guided Meditation, slowly bring your awareness back to the present. Open your eyes with a renewed sense of gratitude for the gift of life, the abundance of the Earth, and the unity of humanity.
Thank you for sharing in this journey of gratitude. May your heart be filled with appreciation today and every day. If you found this meditation meaningful, please like, subscribe, and share. Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with love, gratitude, and connection.
